Database of predicted lectin candidate

What is LectomeXplore-bacteria ?
LectomeXplore is a module dedicated to the exploration of lectins predicted for each of the 109 classes of the classification built from UniLectin3D. Translated genomes (proteomes) released in the UniProtKB and RefSeq sequence databases and in the PDB structure database were screened to identify the lectome (complete set of lectins) of the corresponding species.
LectomeXplore-bacteria provides only on Bacterial species
How many predicted lectins ?
100671 predicted lectins and 46322 filtered lectins (score > 0.25 first quartile)
10126 distinct species and 6425 filtered species (score > 0.25 first quartile)
